This is a placeholder for a character that dates back to the days Karenza was in Victorian London. Professor Josian Ledwidge Briscoe was one of the poor souls Mr. Sinister experimented on back when he was just Dr. Nathaniel Essex. His work bonded Professor Ledwidge Briscoe with reptilian DNA and altered her appearance.
She is currently with Dorian Harkness and Minerva O'Malley Harkness (need to be apped and put into play here soon, but were in play on XA). They are taking care of a personal matter at the Mystic Council and will run into the group there.
Josian is a scientist and adventurer. Her reptilian DNA is helping to keep her from aging as rapidly as others do. It is possible Sinister did something else to her, but she is not sure about that.
PB is Neve McIntosh/Madame Vastra from Doctor Who.

OOC: I am debating having some other subjects from Essex's Victorian-era experiments pop up in play as well. If anyone has any ideas for characters they'd like to bring in, feel free to add them to the story.
