Have missed Jadzia since the moment Stephanie killed her all those years ago. I am using Steph's base bio, but I will be tweaking it. I am not sure yet if this is an AU Jadzia *most likely* or if the magic portals caused a time disruption. I will decide that all as I go along.
Name: Jadzia Layana Rizen-Praxus
Race: Trill
Relatives: Hayden Rizen (father), Kirra (mother), Mohnirah (sister) Drayden (brother).
Age: 27
Occupation: biologist
Skills: Engineering, Linguistics, Athletics, Sorcery, Music, Leadership, Weapons, Combat.
Unusual Features: Trills have leopard-like spots starting at their forehead running down their chest to the tips of their toes.
Some Trills also carry a symbiotic life form inside of them. The Trill becomes the host once the symbiont is placed inside of them. The symbiont carries all memories from previous hosts and once inside the new host, those memories become theirs as well. Not all Trills can carry a symbiont inside of them. It takes years of testing, training, and schooling to find the right Trill for the symbiont. The symbionts name becomes the hosts new last name. **Trills also are born with powers (they are not mutants), when the symbiont is passed on to the new host, the power from the previous host is passed onto the next.
Biography: The symbiont Praxus has had several hosts:
1. Azelia (female), the sorceress. Friend of Karenza from medieval times. Power: Superior spell casting abilities
2. Layla (female), the princess. Died at the young age of 28. Power: Flight and Super strength
3. Ryden (male), the musician. Had a wife a three children. Power: Telepathy
4. Paris (male), the murderer. Thought to be a stable host but defected and killed 17 people. Power: Electrical abilities, able to move electrical currents through his body
5. Gino (male), the lawyer. Had a wife and two children. Gino died in a bus crash, Power: Telekinesis
6. Tara (female), the athlete. Power: Enhanced speed can run up to 300 mph.
7. Curzon (male), the ambassador. Died at the age of 81. Friend of Karenza Powers: Able to speak any language just by hearing a few words of it.
8. Jadzia (female), the scientist. The newest host of Praxus. Jadzia made her decision to become a host at the young age of 11. Her parents were very proud of her for making such a choice in her life. She passed the first test to see if she was able to handle the task of taking a life form inside her and all the memories and skills as the previous hosts. She was put onto a long waiting list but finally was introduced to Curzon Praxus. Even though Curzon was now in his late 70s, Jadzia and he became friends. He told her of all the things she needed to know about what she would feel once the symbiont was passed to her. He told her that all of their memories and skills would now become hers. One night Jadzia was rushed to Curzons home, he was dying and the symbiont was now going to be passed to her. The operation went as planned and within six hours Jadzia Rizen became Jadzia Praxus, the 8th host. Two of Praxus previous hosts where friends with Karenza, Azelia and Curzon. Curzon told Jadzia to keep in touch with Karenza, because Jadzia could learn many things from her. A few months after the transfer Jadzia headed to the Xavier Institute to seek out Karenza.
