I need to sort this gent out a bit, but Leo Sumner was one of the Mystic Council police officers, like Blackwell and Broadchurch. He isn't anymore, but he sure hangs around them a lot.
I had always wanted to call him John Constantine, but when Lewis popped back up one time, I switched to one of the character's aliases. So call him Leo or John. He will answer to both. But see below on his real name to see why he prefers Leo.

Real name: John Constantine (which is his real name--he never uses it unless pushed to because of an evil doppelganger named Lord Constantine)
Currently assumed alias: Leopold Sumner (which is an alias he has used over the last 50 years or so)

Nicknames: Leo, Johnny Rockstar, Petty Dabbler in the Dark Arts, The Lost Soul
Nationality: British
Age: Old as dirt, mate--might have been born long before the Crusades, but he isn't saying a word

Powers: Mystic, but tends to rely more on the dark arts than light magic
Personality: A pain in the arse, but a very loyal and straight-shooting pain in the arse
Weakness: Anything done to hurt children makes him lose it and not always react in the best fashion
Weapons: Mystic shotgun, sword that has been in his family since the time of the Crusades
