Arcus is kind and a bit befuddled much of the time--or so he wants the world to think anyway. Well, the kind part is true. he just isn't as scatterbrained as he leads people to believe he is.
He uses a wand to focus his powers, but he really doesn't need to do so.
He is friends with Riordan DalCais (the actor Dan Carstairs), but he hasn't seen Danny in a few years
Has a pet creature called a Niffler (looks like an odd type of platypus and loves to steal shiny things)
