These are the rules of the board. If anyone has any questions regarding the rules of the game, please contact one of the staff (Karenza, Jessie Grey or Spiral):
1. Please be respectful of all gamers. No flaming is allowed on the board. If you have a problem, please send a PM to Karenza.
2. God moding is not allowed. Powerful characters are allowed within limits, but if those powers are abused, the staff will step in to correct the problem.
3. No killing of other characters unless worked out between gamers.
4. Posting in multiple threads is allowed, but please keep post tracker updated for your character/s.
5. Adult relationships such as dating and marriage will be a part of this game, but graphic sexual scenes will not be allowed. If you have a question about the level we allow, please PM Karenza.
6. Original characters related to Marvel canon characters or original characters a gamer does not control are allowed, but you need to get approval from the gamers of the parent characters before the staff will greenlight the character for play.
7. --CURRENTLY SUSPENDED--All gamers with Marvel canon characters are expected to post one of them at least once a week (rotated as storylines dictate).
8. We ask that gamers notify us about extended absences by IM, post, e-mail or PM. That way we can move story if someone will be away for vacation, exams, moving, etc.
9.--RULE CHANGE--In the past we honored all Marvel deaths, but we are changing our take on this. If you can justify/explain a character's return, we will be open to their return. If the death has not happened in board time yet, you need not kill them off in the first place. And if there is a Marvel death in current stories, you need not kill off the character unless you feel it will further plot. Please contact Karenza if you have any questions.
10. No new gamers will be allowed to create OC villain characters as first characters unless you have gamed with one of the staff and they are familiar with your gaming history. In the past we have seen games disrupted by new OC villains that come in and smash existing plots and then have to be asked to leave.
If a new unknown gamer is looking to play an OC, he or she will need to start with an OC hero character. Admins will decide when/if new unknown gamers will be allowed OC villains.
Established gamers can create OC villains at any time, but please PM or e-mail admins about the villain so he/she can be fit into existing plots better.
