A scowl formed on Mojo's face after his cell door was shut. ''How am I going to get good ratings in prison?'' He began to flail. Mojo ceased flailing. He smiled. His eyes became bigger with every passing second.
''A new television program! Mojo in Prison! The Mojoverse's Great Programmer Behind Bars! Audiences will love me. Copernicus will be my co-star. I wish Major Domo was with me now. He would give me new ideas for content.''
A rare confused expression materialized at a snail's pace. Mojo tilted his head to one side. ''Shatter a younger brother's spirit?'' he asked. He also heard Isabella. ''Long, dark hair? A three part suit?''

Doc Nemesis looked at Nephilim and Claymore and motioned them away from the cells. "These chatterboxes are going to drive me mad! All of you prisoners, hush!" he shouted as he looked at them one at a time. "You, Goggles!"
Copernicus stood in his cell and stared at Bradley. "Yeah," he said as he kicked at the cell door.
"Don't do that!" Nemesis snapped as he looked at the young man. "What does this joker who was your pilot look like?"
"Uh, pointy ears and sandy hair...kinda like a beefy elf..."
"I give up!" Bradley said as he spun around and looked at Mojo. "You. Mojo. What are you doing here? Don't you live in some castle in the sky or something? How did you wind up with Goggles and a stripper Vulcan?"
Bradley then heard Isabella ask first about Selene and then about her former husband. "Your puppet mistress is in some sort of psychic coma. We'll get her out of it soon enough. Phoenixes can do all sorts of marvelous things with the mind. As for your husband, I'm guessing he's running around with that pirate he calls a bestie now and that crazy housekeeper who works for the pirate."

Mojo's eyes were wide after Doctor Nemesis addressed him. Another frown formed on his face. He almost refused to answer, but he was already in a cell. What else could they do to him? Mojo gasped. *They could refuse to give me my own program in prison!*
''I'm here to find two slaves. One slave is a woman with six arms. She's Spiral. She might be difficult to find. Why did I let her use magic to disguise her appearance or turn invisible?'' He paused.
''The other slave is Major Domo. He usually wears a green and black cloak. His arms are metal. I remember Major Domo befriending a girl with short hair. Erinyes? I don't exactly remember what she can do. Something about hitting her enough to get her mad.'' Mojo blinked.
''I live in the Mojoverse. As for Copernicus and Kaine, they are helping me look for my naughty slaves.'' Mojo scowled again. He flailed. ''How am I to search for my slaves if I'm stuck here? Maybe a television program in prison isn't a good idea now.''
That was when Mojo remembered Captain Jasper Hook and Isabella. He still considered replacing Spiral and Major Domo. *Perhaps the other prisoners will be my new slaves.* Mojo frowned again.
*I still have to find Major Domo and Spiral. They could still be of use to me. Spiral can teleport me out of here.* He remembered Copernicus. *Spiral can get Copernicus out of here as well. Maybe the other prisoners.*

Worry filled Isabella's eyes after she heard about Selene. ''If I protected Selene...'' Her shoulders slumped. *Hopefully Selene won't be enraged after she opens her eyes.* She smiled. *At least Selene will eventually awaken.*
A frown began to replace Isabella's smile. ''Craig Dragotti is with a pirate?! Ah. Jack Sparrow. My ex-spouse is too well-dressed to be with pirates.'' Isabella glanced at her long dress. ''I remember being with Jasper Hook, but I'm mostly near Selene.''

Jasper scowled at Nemesis. ''Chatterbox? I'm Captain Jasper Hook! Captain of The Rake! I was even part of the Royal Navy!'' He continued to scowl.
*My woman companion's ex-spouse with a pirate? My little brother? Midshipman... Captain James Hook?* Jasper remembered Jack Sparrow. *Oh. That pirate.*
Jasper focused on Nemesis. He smiled. ''I already know about my younger brother. He won't smile again.'' Jasper was thoughtful. His smile remained.
''Perhaps I am a chatterbox, but I don't sob at the drop of a hat like my younger brother! Midshipman James Hook's tears will never cease. You'll probably scowl at my brother due to him always sobbing if he's a prisoner now. Jamie Hook is the baby in the Hook family.''

Nemesis wanted to do nothing more than scream at this point, but he thought better of it. No point in making his voice raspy for nothing!
"Mojo, I have no idea where your people are, and if I did, I surely would not tell you," Bradley huffed as he mentally crossed his fingers for his lie of omission. He knew damned well that Major Domo and his companion Erinyes were now part of the X-Men, but he really had no idea where they were at this moment in time. "Slavery and forced work in TV shows is frowned upon in this world."
He then looked over at Jasper Hook and Isabella Dragotti. "I know what you two did to your loved ones," Nemesis said as he shook his head. "I use that phrase very loosely. Love played no part in that disaster. I'm sure they are being tended to by people who can undo what you both did. I don't care what you say they did to you. You just don't go running around willy-nilly seeking revenge."
"Can't I get out of here?" Copernicus asked as he kicked the door of his cell again.
"You want your foot fried to a crisp, kiddo?" Nemesis asked as he tossed a Cheeto that had been sitting on his desk at the door. It fell to the floor much more charred than was normal. "Force fields are unforgiving things, boyo. Now, are any of you injured? I'm sure I asked before, but I want to make sure."

Mojo scowled after Doctor Nemesis refused to reveal where Spiral and Major Domo were. He still wasn't sure if it was a good idea to give Spiral the ability to turn herself invisible or conceal her extra arms. Mojo smiled. ''I will rule this dimension just like Mojoworld. My new slaves won't care about forced acting.'' He heard Copernicus. Another sudden scowl replaced his smile.
''We are never getting out of here,'' Mojo said. He was thoughtful. *That is unless Spiral teleports here. She rarely obeys me.* Mojo's eyes widened after he saw the charred Cheeto. He used his mechanical legs to walk back.
Another scowl formed. Mojo flailed his arms. He scowled at Nemesis. ''Why didn't you reveal anything about the force field?'' He stopped flailing. His scowl remained.
''I'm not wounded.''

Isabella frowned. ''I did cherish Craig. That was until his kiss caused me to burn.'' Her body trembled with rage for a few moments. She ceased trembling. ''The man I cherished just stood as I suffered slowly and painfully.''
Isabella gasped after the Cheeto was charred. Her eyes became wide. She remembered Craig kissing her prior to fire consuming her body. *I was charred just like that type of food!*
Frowning, Isabella focused on Doctor Nemesis. ''I'm not wounded at all,'' she said.

''Jamie Hook will never be my loved one,'' Jasper said. He frowned at Nemesis. ''Your younger brother never defeated you. He was a brat! James always cried near our mum. He always remained near her when we were boys.''
Jasper viewed the charred Cheeto and gasped. A smile began to replace his shocked expression. *Perhaps my brother can be lured here. I should get him near the cells. One step! He will be my charred brother.*
Jasper's frown returned. ''I'm not injured.''

Pixie's pink portal light shown briefly under one of the doors at the rear of the base, and her guests were quickly ushered into one of the offices away from the holding cells.
"Mrs. Brown, I'll try to scrounge up a cup of tea after I take Mr. Dragotti to his wife," Megan said as she motioned for Craig to follow her. "The holding cells are in another part of the base. I'll stay with you until Doctor Nemesis says it's OK to see her."

''Thanks for bringing me here,'' Craig said to Pixie. Part of him was uncertain if he wished to view his imprisoned ex-wife. The other part wished to be with her again. Craig never forgot about Isabella tormenting him earlier. Perhaps he could get through to her. He glanced at Cicero.
''You'll be safe with me,'' Craig said to Cicero. He smiled for a few seconds. Craig followed Pixie.

Mojo thought he heard a girl's voice. Confused, he tilted his head to one side. He didn't recognize her voice at all. Mojo also thought he heard a man's vocals. He remembered the other prisoners. ''I'm wondering if the girl and man will view every prisoner here.''
Mojo recalled the force field and how it charred things. He began to smile. *Perhaps I can convince the girl and her male companion to step near the force field. Charred forms. High ratings! Wonderful!* Mojo thought.

Isabella heard the voice of a very unfamiliar girl. Curiosity filled her eyes. *Another prisoner?* she thought. Isabella gasped the minute she heard a familiar man's vocals. ''My spouse is here?'' she muttered. She began to address Jasper Hook.
''Perhaps your younger brother is with my ex-spouse now, my pirate friend.'' She shrugged. Isabella frowned. Her shoulders slumped. Part of her wished to just talk with Craig. The other part wished to burn him slowly and painfully.
*I'm not sure about the girl with Craig. How did she find this place? Is she going to try to convince me to become a good woman?* Isabella thought. She stood and waited for Craig to arrive.
*At least my ex-spouse won't be able to end my life with the force field in front of him. I just won't reveal the force field.* Isabella smiled for a few moments. *Perhaps this area will be Craig's grave.*

Jasper thought he heard a girl's voice. *There are additional prisoners?* He began to hear a man's vocals. He frowned. *I don't hear my younger brother's voice.* A smile began to replace Jasper's frown.
''My younger brother is probably sobbing uncontrollably in another area. He is always a mother's boy.'' Jasper heard Isabella's voice. His frown came back.
''Midshipman James Hook is here this instant? Errr... Captain James Hook? Perhaps your ex-spouse is just here with the girl we're hearing. My sibling is most likely not present, Madame Dragotti.'' He continued to frown. He faced Doctor Nemesis.
''Is my sibling here?'' Jasper wished to know. He was thoughtful for a second. ''I don't hear my little brother sobbing again. Maybe he's cured? Hopefully not. He should continue to suffer for defeating me.''
Jasper remembered the force field as his frown remained. He still focused on Doctor Nemesis. ''My sibling was a decent midshipman. I never knew my men were going to capture his betrothed. Midshipman James Hook was not going to obtain additional gold during that one Christmas. He was going to get the same amount of gold as my crew.''
Jasper trembled with rage. ''I see the error of teaching my little brother sword battling. My defeat.'' Jasper glanced at his cell and ceased trembling. *I'm defeated another time. I may always be imprisoned* he thought.
Jasper almost forgot all about Emil. *What is Emil's current location?* he thought. Jasper already remembered Selene's present state. *My mistress. I will avenge you. Sooner or later.*
Another thoughtful expression returned. Jasper remembered the new man's past words. *You'll be safe with me.* He smiled again.
''My younger brother IS present, Doctor Nemesis! I remember the new man here implying to be protecting someone. He is with my little brother. Again, I don't hear him sobbing this instant. Jamie Hook is probably going to be a brat. Just like when he was my midshipman.''
Perhaps the girl with the new man was protecting Captain James Hook. Perhaps he wasn't present at all.
''How is Mistress Selene this instant?''

Craig's eyes widened for a moment. ''Wait a minute, Pixie. What if Doctor Nemesis won't let me see my wife?'' Worry filled his eyes. Part of him still dreaded viewing her. Then there were other prisoners.
Craig turned to Cicero. ''Behave. You shouldn't fly to the prisoners. I'm aware they are behind bars, but there could be nasty force fields as well. Always remain with me.'' Craig smiled at Cicero.
